    wondering what the weather is usually like in early February. Planning on a possible trip Feb. 7-15 or 23-Mar.1, 2012. Thanks

    Hello Judy,

    February may be a winter wonderland in Kentucky,but in Orlando it is considerably warmer.  The average hi temperature in February is about 70 degrees and the average lo is about 48 degrees. You will generally need fall clothing and maybe even a heavier jacket for the very chilly nights. I will tell you that I have actually had to purchase Mickey Mouse hat ,scarf and gloves set during a winter visit. The weather is always a risk in the winter months, but like I said earlier it will definitely be warmer than Kentucky. I would rather be cold at Walt Disney World than at any other place on earth. I hope the weather cooperates for your winter vacation.
