Hiya, Sabrina--welcome to planDisney! I'm so glad you decided to be our guest, and I'm here to help make your
Walt Disney World Resort vacation as magical as can be. Let's get rolling and chat about all the details of securing a stroller for your visit.
In my book, a stroller is a must for anyone traveling with little ones. Long days in the theme parks involve a lot of steps, and it's great to have a stroller so your smallest Mouseketeers can get a break and even a nap during their Disney day. The first couple of times we visited with our girls, we did wrestle our double stroller through the airport, but then discovered there were plenty of options to secure one once we arrived in Florida.
Sabrina, I think you're referring to a
length-of-stay rental for the single and double strollers available in the theme parks and at
Disney Springs. These sturdy conveyances are very handy, but they don't leave the location where they're rented--so you can rent one at
EPCOT in the morning, then bring your receipt to another theme park later in the day and pick up a new stroller there!
On the first day of your rental, you can pre-pay in person for the total number of days you will need the stroller, which will save you a bit of money throughout your vacation (obviously funding more souvenirs). At Disney Springs, Guests are required to make a refundable credit card deposit for the rental (currently $100, subject to change).
Another great option is to have a stroller delivered to you from ScooterBug. They are an Orlando-area company and a Disney Featured Provider and will deliver your chariot right to your Disney
Resort Hotel! You don't have to be present to receive the stroller, and can simply leave it with Bell Services for pickup at the end of your vacation. It's a nice option so you still have a stroller to navigate your resort, and can roll right onto the
Monorail or the
Disney Skyliner.
Sabrina, I hope this information is just what you need for your vacation planning purposes! Thanks so much for zooming on over to planDisney, and please stop back anytime if we can help with other questions.
See Ya Real Soon!
