runDisney events are some of the most unique—and popular—races around. Every mile is magic, but sadly the clock often strikes midnight before everyone who wants to can join in the fun. I'm so sorry you weren't able to register for a race during the
Disneyland Half Marathon Weekend coming up in January 2024. Because runDisney events are non-refundable and non-transferable I'm sorry to report that having new spots open up is very rare and there isn't a waitlist available.
That being said, I still have a little pixie dust up my sleeve for you! Have you ever tried one of the runDisney Virtual Races? Registration is still open for the
Virtual Disneyland Half Marathon Weekend 5K! These races include a finisher medal and shirt, but give you the flexibility to run the race where and when you choose. All the swag, without a crazy early morning start time! I love that there's even a playlist of music to add that Disney touch to your run.
Jatziry, I know it's not the same as being right there running with thousands of your Disney friends, but I hope you'll still take on the challenge of a magical run! I highly recommend
