Hiya, Natalie!
When my family visits the Disneyland Resort, we can’t resist visiting for
multiple days. A typical pattern we follow is one day in
Disneyland Park, one day in
Disney California Adventure Park, and a third day hopping between the two parks to repeat our favorite attractions and entertainment. So
Park Hopper tickets are a must for us.
I’ve got great news for you! No matter how many days your Disneyland Resort multi-day
theme park tickets are good for, the current difference in price* to upgrade from one-park-per-day tickets to Park Hopper tickets is the same. Whether you are upgrading a two-day ticket, a three-day ticket, or even a five-day ticket, the additional cost to upgrade
all of the days of your ticket to Park Hopper is the same, assuming you upgrade to a new ticket with the same number of days as the original. So, while there isn’t a way to upgrade only one of the days of a multi-day ticket, you can enjoy that upgraded benefit for all of the remaining days you have on your ticket.
To upgrade your theme park ticket, stop by one of the main entrance ticket booths at the Disneyland Resort. You will pay the difference in price from what was originally paid to the current-day price of the new ticket type. The new ticket type must be of equal or greater value than the original ticket. You may also need to make sure that
theme park reservations are still
available for the new ticket type.
Tony’s Tip: Double the parks can be even more than double the fun! Be sure to wear
comfortable walking shoes. And don’t be afraid to take a break: return to your
hotel for a nap or swim, or just hop on the Disneyland Railroad for the Grand Circle Tour. Your feet may thank you for it. And you’ll be refreshed and recharged to enjoy evening entertainment and more attractions.
Have a magical time, Natalie!
~Tony
