Welcome back to planDisney and thank you for this question! I'm so glad to hear that you'll be spending your birthday later this year at the Happiest Place on Earth!
We're still waiting on an official announcement about ticket sales for
Oogie Boogie Bash - A Disney Halloween Party. So far,
they have announced the event dates, but there is no word yet as to when tickets will be available for purchase. Since the event starts on August 25 this year, I would imagine that we'll hear more soon!
In the meantime, I'd recommend keeping an eye on the
special event page and the
Disney Parks Blog for more information as it becomes available. Once the sales dates have been announced, I would recommend trying to purchase your tickets as soon as they're available as they tend to go quickly!
Since you'll be spending your birthday at the Disneyland Resort, make sure to also grab your
complimentary birthday button! These can be found at most checkout counters in merchandise locations around the parks. We grabbed one of these for my son during our last visit and he loved getting all the extra birthday greetings as we ventured around the resort.
