    Wondering if T-Rex will be too scary for my 5, 3, and 1 y/o. We've been to Rainforest Cafe before and they got slightly freaked by the "storm" but did okay after a while.

    Hi Melinda!

    Dining at T-Rex is similar to Rainforest Cafe.  Instead of the rain shower, it's a meteor shower.  When it goes off, you will hear lots of loud dinosaur roars and all of the animatronic figures will move.  I have a 5 and 2 year old and they love dining here and at Rainforest Cafe.  You can find video online if you search for T-Rex meteor shower.  If you decide to give it a chance, ask the hostess if you can be seated away from any of the moving dinosaurs.  My favorite dining room is the Ice Cave, which seems to be a little less noisy.
