I was wondering if we can trade deserts for fruits and veggies. Thanks

    Hi Angela,

Thank you for writing us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel! In my experience, any requested substitutions were granted based on the location and server assisting us. I can't guarantee you'll always be offered a fruit cup, but it never hurts to ask. Our 7-year-old cannot eat many of the desserts typically offered on the plan and we've been successful requesting a healthier substitution. When alternative desserts are not available, the quick service location might offer a muffin, bottle of water, or other type of snack.

I hope my answer was helpful, Angela. Having dined at dozens of locations, I can tell you almost all locations are willing to work with your diet.

Best wishes for a magical vacation.
