Hi - I was wondering if you had any tips about parade viewing in The Magic Kingdom including the MNSSHP Parade. Is there viewing by Frontierland? I heard that is where they start and was wondering if that was better than by Main Street and waiting ? Thanks

    Hello Joseph!

Thank you for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is my absolute favorite party ever.

One of the reasons is the incredible Mickey's Boo-To-You Parade! I often watch it twice during the party and feel that grim grinning ghosts really do come out and socialize. For me, everything is more magical on Main Street, U.S.A. But if you want a good viewing spot from there, you'll have to stake out your parade spot sooner, and wait until the parade makes its way around the park.

Mickey's Boo-to-You Parade starts in Frontierland, heads through Liberty Square, and finishes down Main Street. If you want to wait less, than yes, I absolutely recommend finding a spot in Frontierland. If you don't have to be front row, then I can usually find a good spot 15 minutes before the parade starts and stand behind a row of people and still see everything. If you have small children, then I recommend finding a spot at least 30 minutes before the parade starts for better viewing.

Another bonus for watching from Frontierland is the parade will be finished sooner, and you can enjoy more party time! That means more rides, more trick-or-treating, and more Disney Character photos. Wherever you decide to watch from, don't miss the most spooktacular procession around!
