Hi I was wondering if there's any way to recover pictures from a previous visit?

Hello, Lashanda! Welcome to planDisney, and thanks so much for stopping by to see us! I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with your PhotoPass downloads from a prior vacation. But, never fear! The friendly cast members in Disney PhotoPass are happy to help you attempt to recover any missing photos. Simply report the missing image(s) online or call the PhotoPass team via phone at  (407) 560-4300. During a past vacation, they were able to recover some of my treasured memories, and I hope they will be able to do the same for you!
Lashanda, I hope you were able to enjoy the benefits of Memory Maker on your prior vacation! Did you know that you can add this benefit to any of your trips and even purchase it at a discount if you ever choose to become an Annual Passholder? Plus, check out the Capture Your Moment photo session option if you’ve never explored it before. It grants you exclusive, private access to a PhotoPass photographer for 20 minutes with your group. This is a perfect way to document any special occasion!
I hope that these tips help you, Lashanda, and please do not hesitate to come back and see us again anytime!
