Wondering if you could tell me which of the value and moderate resorts have refurbushed rooms? I looked and cannot find anything on allears.net about it! Great site and loving the Disney magic!

    Hi Cindy,
Thanks for your support of the panel, we really appreciate it.  We love trying to give the best answers we can!  Having said that, it took me a while to try to find this information out and I still don't have any definitive answers for you.  Here is what I found out:

I spoke to the great people at the main Disney number and they did not have this information.  They did, however, have guest services do some research on the question.  After considerable research, they confirmed that they do not track this information for work done in the past.  I am told that resort rooms are being continually refurbished - and they do it in such a way that you might not even know that refurbishments are happening in the resort you are at.

Information on the upcoming refurbishments of pools and general guest areas, which might affect your visit, can be confirmed.  I personally prefer to call reservations at 407-WDISNEY so I can ask those questions when I reserve my room.  I hope this helps, have a wonderful vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Lynn, Ontario

Walt Disney World stole my heart when my parents introduced me to the magic the year it opened. I fondly remember my first 'Mickey Mouse in a Glass House' balloon! I still visit with my parents-and now with my husband and our two teens. Learn More About Lynn
