Ahoy, Anna!
Welcome back to planDisney! Pirate Night is one of those traditions that Guests dream about long before embarkation day, so it makes perfect sense to want to spot those swashbuckling sailings before you book.
The good news is that
Pirate Night is included on the vast majority of Disney’s itineraries, especially Caribbean and Bahamas sailings. That said, there are a few notable exceptions where Disney trades in eye patches and bandanas for a different kind of magic. As always, entertainment schedules are subject to change, and once you’re onboard, the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app will be your most up-to-date source of truth.
If Alaska is calling your name, Pirate Night is currently replaced with a
Frozen-themed experience. Instead of “Yo Ho,” expect a day filled with Arendelle-inspired fun, including themed entertainment and a Frozen dinner menu that feels straight out of Elsa’s ice palace.
Another current exception is
Marvel Day at Sea. These sailings lean fully into superhero action, with Marvel-themed entertainment taking center stage instead of Pirate Night. For 2026, these sailings are currently planned for the Disney Magic, turning the ship into something that feels more like Avengers Campus at sea.
The
Disney Adventure is also a bit of a wildcard. As of now, Pirate Night is not listed for this ship, but since it’s such a unique addition to the fleet, this is one to watch closely as Disney continues to reveal more details once she officially begins sailing in March.
I hope this helps as you chart your course and decide which adventure is right for your crew. Whether you’re raising the Jolly Roger or trading swords for superpowers, Disney always finds a way to make the night unforgettable. Wishing you smooth seas and a booking experience that feels like finding buried treasure.
Sea ya real soon with holiday cheer, calm seas, and magical winter memories,
Dustin
