Greetings, Amber! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thanks for your question.
The Disneyland Resort makes traveling with little ones a breeze! With their many attractions with no height restrictions, Baby Care Centers, and
Rider Switch, the whole family can take in all that the parks have to offer. Additionally,
strollers are indeed available to rent at the parks for a daily fee. You can rent your stroller right outside Disneyland Park and it can be used in both theme parks. You are also welcome to bring your own stroller from home as long as it is smaller than 36" x 52". Whether you are using a rented stroller or your own, you might consider bringing a ribbon or string to tie to your stroller to help identify it in a crowd when you park it in the ample stroller parking available around the parks.
As I mentioned above,
Baby Care Centers are located in each park and they are wonderfully comfortable places to change diapers, feed children, or rock them to sleep. They also sell baby essentials and over-the-counter medication if you find you need anything during your trip.
I hope this information is useful. Have a delightful time at the Happiest Place on Earth!
