I was wondering how stroller friendly the transportation is, staying at the All-Star Music, was thinking that it may be easier and less stressful to just drive my own vehicle, wondering what the pros & cons of this would be, any advice would be great!

    Hi Janet!

We stayed at the All Star resort in October and used our double sit-and-stand stroller on the Disney buses! So, it can be done!

LOTS of people will be hauling strollers on and the drivers are super helpful to wait for you and at times even help you get on with your child and stroller. (When I was getting on an empty bus once, they let me stroll it right on the bus with my son still strapped in!)

I mean, it is uncomfortable to sit on a bus with a stroller and a (crying, tired) child in your lap and maybe a few bags in your hands. So, at one level I can see why driving your own car would seem nice. But if you drive, then you'll have to park and walk and/or use the tram to get to the front of the park. And strap your kids in carseats...which is punishment to my kids! :)

I say, try the transportation the first day and see how it goes! Then you can always grab your car another day!
