Hi! Was wondering if for the Star Wars dessert party, is it worth it terms of the view? Our son will be celebrating his birthday when we are at Hollywood Studios and is a HUGE Star Wars fan. Trying to decide if it is worth the extra money - thanks!

    Hi Angi,

A Galactic Spectacular Dessert Party at Disney's Hollywood Studios is most definitely the dessert party you’re looking for! I can sense the Force is strong with your young Padawan, so he will be absolutely thrilled to celebrate his birthday at this out-of-this-world event.

The reserved viewing area for the dessert party is located on the left side of Center Stage, in the hub of Disney's Hollywood Studios. I can honestly say that you'll be hard pressed to find a much better viewing spot to watch Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular. So to answer your question, YES the cost of attending this dessert party is more than well worth it! Do try the BB-8 and Darth Vader cupcakes. They are so delicious I wouldn't trade them for anything the Jawas have to offer, not even a lightsaber!

Disney Mom Tip: Star Wars at Walt Disney World Resort has jumped into hyperspace! So be sure to read all about the New Star Wars-Themed Experiences Shifting into Light Speed this Summer! Your son's birthday celebration will be a day long remembered, and for a long time (in a galaxy not so far, far away).

Wishing your family a most unforgettable celebration visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
