    I was wondering if there is a specific time of year that disney offers the "free" dining plan and if so is there any way to be alerted to it so that vacations can be planned around such a great offer?!?

    Thank you for visiting the Moms Panel!

    The Disney Dining Plan has typically been offered at different times of the year, but we have no advance notice of when such offers will appear.  Usually there has been free Dining offered during the Fall, but again, we only find out about these deals at the same time that everyone else finds out.  The offers are usually offered 2-3 months beforehand, so I would recommend checking the Special Offers page on the website, as often as you can. This way, you will see the announcements as soon as they are made, and can take advantage of them.

    If you make a reservation, and then a special offer is announced, you can call Reservations and amend your booking to include the special offer.  Vacation Package Bookings (407) 939-7675 and Resort Room-Only Bookings (407) 939-7429.
