Hi Jennifer,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is just around the river bend! Springtime is such a wonderful time to visit. It feels like the parks have been painted with spring flowers. Of course, Epcot is full of blossoms and blooms with the
Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival! I hope you're planning to spend some time checking out the incredible topiaries and the tasty offerings of the Outdoor Kitchens.
Magic Kingdom Park is the host of several Special Events throughout the year. On March 30th the Special Event in question is one of my favorites,
Disney After Hours at Magic Kingdom Park. After the park closes to day guests,
Disney After Hours guests can enjoy the park for 3 more hours! A limited number of tickets are sold for Disney After Hours events so the park seems much quieter. You have a choice of over 25 attractions and Character Greetings. Ice Cream, popcorn, and select beverages are included! Of course, there are some special treats available for purchase at Main Street Bakery and other select locations.
I think Disney After Hours is a great extra for your vacation if your budget allows. If Magic Kingdom Park with fewer people isn't enough of a draw for you, you might consider
Disney Villains After Hours at Magic Kingdom Park. While the Villains aren't available for greetings, there are spectacular stage shows, eerie music, and spooky add-ons to Pirates of the Caribbean and Space Mountain.
Jennifer, thank you for visiting us with your question. I hope you will stop by again if you have any other planning questions.
Wishing you a magical vacation,
Amy H.
