Hello, I was wondering if there were any special packages for groups of 2. It will just be me and my 6 year old son and this is our first time to Disney. I have see special packages for families of 4, but nothing for smaller families.

Hi Kelly! The reason you will see most packages offered for four persons is that the resort rooms at Walt Disney World easily sleep up to four and sometimes five guests.  When you book through Disney you will book the room (no matter how many guests as long as it is within the accepted amount)and if you choose to add on dining and tickets you will simply add those on for the number of guests that will be there. For you it would be one adult and one child.  They will calculate this and add to the room charge.  You can look at costs etc by using the easy trip planner on the website or by clicking HERE.

Outside companies and travel agencies sometimes will offer trips for two persons but they are often off site hotels which is something I would not recommend when traveling alone with a child. With the bus and boat and monorail transportation on property it is easy to navigate to all parks and you will never be left stranded waiting for an outside shuttle.

If you have any questions feel free to simply call the central reservation number and they can walk you through all the options you see on the site. 407-934-7639
