    Was wondering when the season pass starts running…is it the day of purchase or day of first use?

    Hi Natalia! Welcome to planDisney! I'm so happy you found us to ask this question.

    Welcome to the magical club of being a Walt Disney World Annual Passholder! If you have purchased a new annual pass, it will be activated on the date of first use for entry into a Walt Disney World Resort theme park. If you have renewed an annual pass, the renewed pass will be backdated to begin on the day after the expiration date of the original pass. 

    One of my favorite perks of being a Walt Disney World Annual Passholder is the Passholder Discounts. You can also find any current Special Offers for Disney Resorts Collection Hotel stays for Annual Pashholders here.

    I hope you are able to visit The Most Magical Place on Earth soon! The Holidays are arriving very soon and will be a holly, jolly good time! There's also still time to join in The 50th Anniversary Celebration, now through March 31st, 2023.
