Hello, I am wondering what room category is closest to Disney Springs when staying at Saratoga Springs? We have a 4,2 and 1 year old and are staying at Saratoga Springs a few nights post-cruise? Just trying to determine what is best to limit the walking.

Hi Jodi, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I am happy to hEAR you are planning a visit to Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa, which just happens to be one of my “Home” Resorts with Disney Vacation Club. While there are so many things to enjoy about Saratoga Springs Resort, its easy access to the newly imagined Disney Springs, a mecca of incredible shopping, dining and entertainment venues, is a major highlight for me.

If you are looking to be as close as possible to Disney Springs, the Congress Park section of the Resort would be your best option. A convenient pedestrian walkway bridge is located in this area of the Resort and provides easy access to Disney Springs. Many of the south facing rooms in Congress Park even have views overlooking Disney Springs. You can contact Member Services to add a notation to your reservation requesting to be located in Congress Park. While Disney cannot guarantee specific location requests within a room category, in my experience Disney Cast Members will certainly try their best to accommodate your specific requests if at all possible.

I hope you enjoy a relaxing and comfortable stay at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa following your upcoming adventure on the high seas with Mickey and Disney Cruise Line.

    Bon voyage!
