I recently returned from a vacation at Walt Disney World Resort and utilized the MINNIE VAN™ service during my entire stay. Before leaving home, I downloaded the Lyft application on my mobile device (subject to change). Upon arrival at my Disney Resort hotel, I received a prompt for the MINNIE VAN™ service on
My Disney Experience mobile app to activate the service, which I did so with assistance by a Cast Member at
Lobby Concierge. After doing so, I quickly saw the option to select a MINNIE VAN™ from the list of available vehicles.
To order your MINNIE VAN™ the app will instruct you to head to the outside waiting area of the Front Lobby at select Disney Deluxe Resort hotels or Villas, near the Theme Park Resort hotel Bus Stop area, at Disney Springs Marketplace (East Side), or Disney Springs West Side pickup area. I found it useful to use my mobile phone data plan, even though you can use complimentary Disney Resort Guest WiFi.
Currently, the service is available to Guests staying at select
Disney Deluxe Resort hotels and Villas. Please keep in touch for official updates by our
