Welcome to planDisney Kacy!
Aw, bringing a little one to Walt Disney World is fantastic. The pictures you get of your baby will be cherished for years to come. Enjoy this special time! While visiting, check out the
Baby Care Centers for changings and feedings. These centers are a parent's favorite place in the park!
The
rental strollers at Walt Disney World are made of hard plastic, and there is no cushion or softness to them. Rentals also do not recline, so if your baby wants a quick nap, he/she cannot lay back.
Personally, I preferred my own stroller at this age. I felt it offered more support and my kids were familiar with them so they felt comfortable hopping in! I also liked I could recline the seat for naptime if needed.
A huge benefit to bringing your own stroller is for the walk to the car or other transportation. Rental strollers must stay in the parks, so you would need to carry your little one along with all your diaper bags and other items as you make your way out of the parks.
Once your baby grows to be a toddler, the rental strollers are great. They are easy to push and fun for the kids to hop in and out of. This is something to look forward to! But, in the meantime, if at all possible, bring your own set of wheels!
Wishing you a magical visit to Walt Disney World!
