The Disneyland Resort policy is admission park tickets are nonrefundable. That might not be the magical news you were hoping for, however, even if a wholly unused
admission ticket has expired, it retains its value. If you can't visit now, you can still apply its value to the purchase of a new ticket and
theme park reservation in the future, paying the difference, since prices are subject to change. That at least gives you some flexibility.
My advice is always to call the
Tickets phone line. You can explain your particular situation, and a helpful Cast Member will work to assist you. I've had life get in the way as it sometimes does, which led to expired tickets and even tickets I couldn't locate. A Cast Member always solved my problems after a quick call and maybe some digging around. Hopefully, they can help you reach the best solution for your needs.
