Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel Helen ~
Time flies and January will be here before you know it. I'm excited to see you're planning ahead.
The average high temperature in January is in the low-70s and the average low is in the upper 40s. They usually get a little over 2 inches of rain during the month of January so you may want to pack ponchos or umbrellas. Keep in mind that these are averages. Be sure to check the 10-day forecast online before you finish your final packing.
Your question got cut off but I think you may be asking if you need any documentation for your husband to obtain a Disability Access Service Card (DAS) for assistance in the theme parks. Disney does not required Guests to bring any type of documentation for the DAS. If your husband is unable to wait in a regular queue, you can request a DAS Card by going to Guest Relations at any of the theme parks. A Cast Member will ask him some questions so they can determine his specific needs and try to accommodate him to the best of their ability.
I am limited in space for my answers but here is some additional
information for Guests in wheelchairs that you may find helpful.
Let me know if this does not answer your question and I'll be happy to assist you further.
Please feel free to visit us with all of your planning questions. We are hEAR for you!
Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison V.
