Wondering if there is a quiet place in the parks a mom can go to breastfeed or just try to put a baby to sleep for a quick nap our 1 year old is not the type of baby to nap in a stroller with a lot of noise.

    Hi Dawn!

I think you'll love the Baby Care Centers!   As a fellow nursing mother, I know how nice a little peace and quiet is during a day of adventure, fun, and magic!

Located in each of the theme parks, Baby Care Centers have changing stations, high chairs, even a television to keep other siblings occupied.  They also sell some baby items such as diapers, wipes, baby food, formula, and extra changes of clothes.  But my favorite, favorite thing?  The Nursing Mothers Room! These dimly lit, quiet and cool rooms are a mother and nursling's oasis.  Between my 3, I spent many, many hours in those rooms.

They are set up a bit differently in each of the parks, but still an absolutely wonderful place to spend some time.  At Magic Kingdom and Epcot, you'll find a large room, with several rocking chairs.  Outlets are provided for those moms that are pumping for their little ones.  Only nursing mothers and their nurslings are allowed in, so you can imagine it's a quiet, calm, and wonderful place.  At Disney's Hollywood Studios, you'll find a curtained off area, still very private, and comfortable.  You'll be able to dim the light to your liking in this area as well.  At Disney's Animal Kingdom, there are a handful of private rooms, that have locking doors, as well as a changing table in the room.  These rooms will accommodate the mother and child, as well as others in the travel party, but keep in mind there will only be seating for one.

    Have a magical vacation!
