    Hello, I was wondering if I purchased a 9 day hopper on line and selected the "will call" option, can I have it added to my room key upon check in at WDW or do I have to claim my tickets first then have them added? Thanks!

    Hi Julie!  Thank you for the question.

    The only way to have your Park tickets added to your room key, called your "Key to the World", is to purchase the "Magic Your Way Package".  The options for this can be found online at the Disney Website, HERE

    Will Call orders are available for pick up ONLY by the credit card holder at the Walt Disney World Resort, and can be picked up starting the day your order is confirmed at EPCOT, the Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, or the Ticket & Transportation Center at the Magic Kingdom.  Be prepared to present your confirmation along with a valid photo identification at any of the ticket sales locations.

    It is not possible to have the tickets picked up at Will Call added to your room key.
