Individual Lightning Lane purchases at the

Disney Genie Service introduced the concepts of both Lightning Lane entry and Individual Lightning Lanes. When you purchase
Disney Genie+, you may select an arrival window for attractions one at a time for entry through the Lightning Lane. These arrival windows are given to you based on the next available time, but you can then modify the selection as needed if you have a conflict. However, when you
purchase an Individual Lightning Lane for select attractions, you choose the exact arrival window that best suits your schedule for the day. You can then select a time that doesn’t conflict with your existing plans.
I understand that a lot of work goes into making your practically perfect theme park day, Graizon! Guests put so much love and thought into organizing
theme park reservations,
dining reservations, and any
Enchanting Extras for a special day together. If you are utilizing Disney Genie+ and are assigned a Lightning Lane entry time that conflicts with an existing reservation, please don’t worry. You may either modify that time within the
My Disney Experience app or know that there is a grace period for arrival if you have an existing reservation that conflicts. Oftentimes the Cast Member at the attraction entrance would ask for proof of this conflict, such a screenshot of your My Disney Experience reservation, a dining receipt, or something showing the prior plans.
If you have any trouble either modifying the arrival time or concerns with a conflict, be sure to visit the
Guest Experience Team. They are a wonderfully helpful team located around the theme parks; find them under the blue umbrellas and they can support you in a variety of situations you may encounter to have a more magical day.
