Hi Lisa,

We're so glad you stopped by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question! Yes, Annual Passholders are able to add the Disney Dining Plan to their room reservations without an additional ticket purchase. However, Passholders are not eligible for "free dining" promotions as a ticket purchase is required in order to qualify for the offer. I have known Annual Passholders to book the full room/ticket/dining package in order to get "free dining" and keep the tickets to apply to use once their Annual Pass expires. You'll have to do some number crunching to see if that's the most cost-effective method for your family.
