I was wondering how many princesses the kids get to meet at Fairytale hall? Would we need to get seperate fast passes to meet Elsa and then another to meet Cinderella or do they meet multiple Princessest in one trip

Welcome Jamie! Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
My little daughter is also a big fan of Disney Princesses. Every time we visit the Walt Disney World Resort, I try to make FastPass+ reservations in advance for as many princesses as possible. She loves these experiences!
Located at Disney’s Magic Kingdom Park, you will find Princess Fairytale Hall, where you can “meet-and-greet” four different Disney Princesses. By now, you can meet Anna, Elsa, Cinderella and Rapunzel. If you want to meet all of them, you need two separate FastPasses+ reservations. One of them will be for meeting Anna and Elsa, e the other one for Cinderella and Rapunzel. There are two separate lines and each of them take you to a different room; that is why you need two FastPasses+.  If you prefer, you can also reserve a FastPass+ for Anna and Elsa, and afterwards head to Cinderella and Rapunzel’s regular stand-by line.
