Hi Katherine,
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am delighted to hear that you have a pre-park opening dining reservation at
Be Our Guest Restaurant!
With the
Let the Magic Begin Show, guests can enter Magic Kingdom one hour before park opening to enjoy the shops on Main Street, U.S.A. If the park opens at 9:00 a.m. and your dining reservation is at 8:45 a.m., you will probably still be dining when the park opens so you may not be able to get in any attraction lines before the crowds arrive. When we make pre-park opening dining reservations, we always make them as close to 8:00 a.m. as possible so that we can enter the park before 8:00 a.m. and finish dining before the park opens at 9:00 a.m. On our last visit, we dined at Be Our Guest Restaurant at 8:00 a.m. and were in the standby line (with no wait) for Seven Dwarfs Mine Train by 8:45 a.m.
Katherine, when you arrive to Magic Kingdom, let a cast member at the entrance know that you have a pre-park opening dining reservation. While other guests will be allowed up to Cinderella Castle, you will be able to go behind Cinderella Castle to get to your breakfast reservation. They could potentially seat you early, so we do arrive a few minutes early. If, however, you can modify that reservation to an earlier time, I would modify it to a time closer to 8:00 a.m. Also, I highly recommend that you advance-order your food at least 24 hours in advance. It saves valuable time at the restaurant.
Katherine, enjoy your time dining - Beast's enchanted castle is gorgeous. We love to dine towards the back of The Grand Ballroom to catch a glimpse of the snowfall!
Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
Donyell
