I was wondering if it is possible to switch an annual pass bought on one Disney experience account to another Disney experience account.

    Hi, Kenn!

As long as the Annual Pass has not been used yet to enter a theme park, the Pass can be transferred to another guest. To do the transfer, go to My Disney Experience. Make sure the guest you want to transfer the Annual Pass to is linked onto your account via Friends and Family. Select "Reassign Ticket" and follow the prompts.

If you have any problems, give a call to Annual Passholder support at (407)560-7277. You can also stop by Guest Relations at any of the theme parks or Disney Springs once you arrive in Walt Disney World.

I hope you get the Annual Pass linked to the correct guest. Good luck!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
