I was wondering, is it possible to ship a legacy lightsaber from Disneyland to elsewhere in the U.S.? I live in Kentucky and may not have room to take one back after the trip.

Bright suns, Brad, and thanks for bringing your question to planDisney!

It sounds like you’re going to embark on a journey to a galaxy far, far away in the near future, and I couldn’t be more excited for you! Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge is one of my favorite places to visit at Disneyland Park. It’s so immersive, and I truly feel like I’m living out my own Star Wars experience when I visit.

If you’re planning to pick up a Legacy Lightsaber from Dok-Ondar’s Den of Antiquities in Black Spire Outpost, you should be able to ship it home from several locations. First, I recommend alerting the Cast Member at Dok-Ondar’s that you’d like to have the lightsaber shipped home. Then, you can head to First Order Cargo (located just around the corner near the First Order TIE echelon), where a Cast Member can assist you with shipping options.

If you find your new lightsaber at Star Wars Trading Post in Downtown Disney District, you can also have it shipped from there. If you’re staying at a Disneyland Resort Hotel, another option is to ask for assistance with shipping at the Bell Desk of your hotel. Regular shipping and handling fees will apply.

Last but not least, if you’re arriving at Disneyland Park by July 4, 2022, make sure you stop by Space Mountain, currently known as Hyperspace Mountain! It’s a must-do for any Star Wars fan, and it’s my favorite attraction overlay! I love feeling like a part of the Rebel Alliance, hurtling through hyperspace to fight the First Order.

I hope this information helps you plan your epic journey, Brad!

May the Force be with you,
    Kristin
