Bonjour et bienvenue Daniel, it’s so wonderful to have you here at planDisney!
I love being one of the International Panelists here at planDisney, especially when it comes to helping folks and families from all over the world head to Disney Destinations overseas. Having lived in Melbourne myself, I know that for many Australians just
coming to Disneyland Paris and or even planning your trip to Paris itself can be daunting, but I'm always happy to help provide a little international insight before you fly over:
- Fortunately, linking your tickets to your account can be quite simple and I was able to do this most recently using the Disneyland Paris mobile app. Once you open it, you'll be prompted to sign in to your MyDisney account and almost immediately you should be able to spot a number of different spots prompting you to "Link Ticket or Pass". (You can also currently find this on the bottom-right corner when you select "Account".)
- Whether you've received your tickets in physical or digital form, you'll either be prompted to scan the code using your device camera or enter in the 11 to 25 digit Ticket number manually. The Disneyland Paris mobile app currently provides several handy reference images for the different ways that tickets can appear so that you can know where to look to find either the barcode, QR code or ticket number.
Since it can sometimes be costly to
call the Client Relation Center directly for additional assistance from overseas, keep in mind that you can always
find one of the helpful Cast Members at Visitor Relations once you've arrived to help you out with any difficulty you have with the Disneyland Paris app. In the meantime, I hope you have the most wonderful visit and get a chance to
enter the world of Alice in Wonderland with the new high-energy show featuring stunts and acrobatics currently on for a limited time - or even
the offerings exclusive to World Princess Week if you're sticking around at the end of August!
For those heading to Disney Destinations near and far, it can feel like a small world after all!
