Hi! just wondering what the policy is on modifying an existing reservation at a Disney Value Resort?

Hi Mary! Please call (407) 939-7675 to modify an existing Disney Vacation Package reservation. You will be able to speak with a Cast Member that will assist you with any changes. If at any point you have to cancel the reservation, please note there is a $200 cancellation fee, per vacation package, when cancellations are made 44 days or less prior to arrival. You will also be responsible for any fees assessed by the airline for airfare. In the case of a non-refundable airline ticket, the cancellation fee is equal to the entire ticket price. Cancellation of a refundable airline ticket must be made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled airline departure time. Vacation insurance is non-refundable. However, if you are simply postponing your visit to different time that is better suited for you and your family, the change fee is $50 per package. If air travel has been ticketed, your will be responsible for any increase in airfare as well as the change fee assessed by the airline. If you have a Room Only reservation, you can change or cancel your reservation without penalty up to five days prior to check-in (or six days for online bookings). Please call (407) 939-7429 to modify or cancel an existing Room Only reservation. We look forward to seeing you soon at the Walt Disney World Resort!
