I was wondering what the policy currently is for park tickets and cancellations. I know they are non-refundable, but if we had to cancel our trip and had already bought tickets, would we be able to use those tickets for a trip at a later date?

You’ve done your homework, Miranda. You’re precisely right; theme park tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable. The good news, however, is that there are situations in which the value of unused tickets can be applied to the purchase of new tickets. Many variables can come into play. I definitely recommend calling and chatting with a Cast Member. That is the only way to know for certain what options are available to you. The number you’ll need to call is (407) 939-1289.
