    Wondering at what point to contact disney that our magic bands didn't arrive. I went on the MDE app to track them and it said they would arrive between 3/13-3/15 but they never came. Down to just 17 days before we leave.

    Not too long ago this same thing happened to me! I recommend calling them now to see if they can trace the package from their end to see what might have happened to it. For me it was a simple error in their computer and unfortunately I waited too long to call to get them before our arrival. For me, getting MagicBands in the mail is like the final countdown piece, so I was a bit disappointed.
