    I was wondering if there was a place to take yoga classes. This is my first time going to Disney, and I am trying to plan ahead. Thank you,

    Hello, Jenny,

    At both the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel and the Walt Disney World Swan Hotel, they offer yoga and aquatic yoga classes.  They also have complimentary yoga mats available at their fitness health clubs.  At some of the other Disney resorts, there are health clubs available for the guests of the those resorts. However, there are not formal yoga classes. 

    You also have the option of bringing your own yoga mat with you and working out in your own room (if there is available space) or outside at your resort. If you have a car and plan on leaving Walt Disney World, Orlando has many places where you could take classes, too.  I just did a quick internet search for yoga classes surrounding Walt Disney World Resort and found 54 results.
