    Hi there, Just wondering if there is a place to get food for kids with allergies on the POP resort and throughout the parks? My son who will be just under two (therefore free and not on dining plan) can't have dairy, soy, eggs, and wheat. Thanks.

    Hi Angela!

         We love the POP Century Resort and have stayed there on many occasions!  Don't worry about a thing - your son will have plenty of choices at both the resort and throughout the parks.  I would recommend contacting the Special Diets department by email at SpecialDiets@DisneyWorld.com or by telephone at (407) 824-5967.  They will discuss your son's allergies with you and may also send you a form to fill our regarding the specific details.

         Just to be safe, I would also mention the allergies to the Cast Member when booking your dining reservations and again when you arrive at the restaurant.  More than likely, the chef will come out to visit with you and go over everything again.  They do ask that you contact the Special Diets department 14 days beforehand.  I also wanted to mention that you can bring your own food into the parks as well.  While you can't bring food into the restaurants, you can certainly enjoy one of the many outdoor dining areas.  Have a wonderful time!
