Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Maryn!
Some of the most beautiful memories I have made with my loved ones while visiting the Walt Disney World Resort were captured by
Disney PhotoPass Service. My all time favorite photo was taken at Magic Kingdom Park the day my oldest daughter met Tiana, her number one Disney Princess. The photographer was so talented and captured the exact moment she closed her eyes as she held on tight to one of her favorite characters.
Because these moments matter so much, I am glad that all digital content linked to
My Disney Experience expires 45 days from the date the photos and videos were captured. If you purchase Memory Maker you have access to unlimited downloads of all photos and videos before the
expiration date. Memory Maker Day is also available for purchase if you are interested in the content from one particular day, and you are also welcome to purchase individual photo downloads and even order prints.
I have confirmed with a Disney PhotoPass Service Cast Member that photos are available up until their expiration date, and that their server unfortunately cannot hold photos for a longer period of time. If you traveled with other family members and friends, and shared media with each other on My Disney Experience, they may have had access to your photos. I always share all my digital content with friends traveling with me and many times they end up downloading some of my photos. I recommend checking with them if they may have stored some of your memories.
It was a pleasure answering your first question, Maryn. I hope you come back to visit us again real soon!
Best magical wishes,
Thiana
