Hi, JoAnne! It's great to see you back here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
In my opinion, pictures make the best vacation souvenirs. I love reliving the magical moments of my
Walt Disney World Resort vacations by looking through my photo albums. When I visit The Most Magical Place on Earth, I always make sure to have the
Disney PhotoPass Service photographers take lots of pictures for me.
I am happy to tell you that during the
phased reopening process, those talented Disney PhotoPass Service photographers will still be stationed throughout the Walt Disney World theme parks, ready to capture your vacation memories. The only difference that you may notice from your past visits is that the photographers will no longer be permitted to take pictures using Guests' cameras, phones, or other devices. Your photographer will scan your
MagicBand or a PhotoPass card, and your pictures will auto
magically appear in your
My Disney Experience account. I highly recommend purchasing
Memory Maker so that you will have unlimited downloads of all your beautiful pictures.
Face masks are currently required at Walt Disney World Resort for all Guests ages 2 and up. Guests must wear their face coverings at all times, other than when dining or swimming. Inside the Walt Disney World theme parks, Guests may remove their masks when they are seated to eat or drink. The only other time they may remove their face covering is while inside one of the designated Relaxation Stations.
Guests will need to leave their face masks on while posing for photos throughout the theme parks. Your pictures from this trip may look a little bit different than your other vacation photos, but they can still be magical. Have some fun by purchasing some Disney-themed masks. My family loves the face masks that are currently being sold on
shopDisney. These masks are as comfy as they are cute! Another way to add a little pixie dust to your pictures is by asking your Disney PhotoPass Service photographer about
Magic Shots. You just might find some fun surprises in your photos!
Have a magical day!
Samantha
