There’s nothing better than planning a holiday to Walt Disney World. Well, actually going on holiday might be better, but I think the planning is pretty fun as well! With 4 theme parks, 2 water parks, and hundreds of dining and shopping options, the combination of magical experiences is almost endless!
I’m sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but there is currently no half-day admission option for the Animal Kingdom or any other Walt Disney World theme park. Prices may vary depending on the date and number of days of your visit, and if you’re eligible for any special offers, but all tickets grant you access to the theme parks from scheduled opening to close. I know that there are different ticket options depending on whether you are
purchasing tickets in the United Kingdom or when you are in the United States, but I’d suggest taking a look at the
Special Offers page once you arrive stateside. This is where you’ll find information on current deals and discounts for tickets and vacation packages. If you have questions, you can always call the
Disney Park Tickets line to speak with a friendly Cast Member, and they’ll help you navigate your options.
If this is your first visit to Animal Kingdom, you are in for a real adventure. You won’t want to miss the rides and shows, but be sure to leave time for the nature trails as well. Maharajah Jungle Trek and Gorilla Falls Exploration Trail are beautiful and offer a close-up view of so many different animals.
