Happy Holidays, Honour!
Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question.
In conjunction with the
50th Anniversary of Walt Disney World Resort, Guests of Disney Deluxe Resort Hotels, Deluxe Villa Resort hotels, and other select hotels will be able to enjoy Extended Evening Hours on select nights in select theme parks. This benefit will begin with Extended Evening Hours being offered on Monday, October 4 at
Epcot and Wednesday, October 6 at
Magic Kingdom Park.
What better way to make the most out of your Walt Disney World Resort vacation than by enjoying extra hours immersed in the magic of one of Walt Disney World's four amazing theme parks. With lower crowd levels, wait times for attractions should be much shorter during these exclusive magical extra moments in the parks!
You can find a list of dates, participating Disney Resort Hotels, and theme park attractions available on
this page on the Walt Disney World Resort website. (Dates have not yet been released for Christmas week, but check back soon to see when you'll be able to "jingle all the way" over to the parks to enjoy some Extended Evening Hours that week!) You'll need valid admission (
Theme Park Ticket) and a
Disney Park Pass reservation for the same park on the same day to take advantage of these additional evening hours. Guests may also gain admission to the park by using an Annual Pass or Theme Park Ticket with the Park Hopper Option, as long as they first visit the park where their Disney Park Pass was made earlier in the day. To participate in Extended Evening Hours, Guests will need to present their MagicBand, Disney MagicMobile pass, or their Key to the World Card.
I hope this helps answer your question and helps with plans and preparations for your upcoming trip.
Have a magical day!
