I was wondering if you can opt out of the banter at 50's Prime Time Cafe? We are headed to Disney week after next and we have ADR there. I am getting worried that my kids won't like being heckled while they eat. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

Hi Jessica! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Your trip is SO close! I bet your kids are super excited for this vacation. It sounds like you have done a great job planning with dining choices like 50's Prime Time Café in Disney's Hollywood Studios reserved!

You can absolutely let the Cast Member assisting you at this dining reservation know that you would like to keep the playful banter to a minimum. They will still be very friendly during your meal, but not overbearing. During our many visits to 50's Prime Time Café, we have found that the Cast Members are usually pretty good about reading their audience. My son was VERY shy during a few of our visits and without me even saying anything, the Cast Member respected our son's space and focused mostly on mom and dad by telling us some jokes that even made my son chuckle. They want to make sure their Guests have a wonderful experience!

Enjoy your meal and make sure to have a milk shake for me, Jessica! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
