Wondering how one signs up for candy cane making at Disneyland, and if anyone knows when those dates are for this upcoming holiday season 2019?

    Season’s greetings, Vicki!

I adore the Holidays at the Disneyland Resort. And with the coming of the Holidays, you can also look forward to the opportunity to purchase your own hand-pulled candy canes from Candy Palace and Candy Kitchen or Trolley Treats. Dates for handmade candy canes at the Disneyland Resort this year have not yet been set. Last year, those dates were revealed in early November, right around the time that the Holiday season kicked off at the resort. During a mid-November visit last year, we picked up a beautifully-printed Holiday card with the candy cane dates for last year. It was so darling that we even hung it in our kitchen, along with other Holiday greeting cards from our friends and family.

These fresh-made candy canes are sold in small batches. So only limited quantities are available each day. To get a candy cane, guests must arrive early to receive a wristband, limited to one per guest, at the opening of the respective shop. A wristband entitles the guest to purchase a single candy cane at the designated time for their assigned batch.

Tony’s Tip: Fresh, handmade candy canes at the Disneyland Resort are extremely popular treats, but come in very limited quantities. To increase your chances of obtaining some of this sweet peppermint goodness, arrive at the Disneyland Resort well before park opening. Check the Disneyland app for park hours. For the safety of all guests, please remember to refrain from running and follow Cast Member directions to the candy shop where wristbands will be distributed.

I wish you Happy Holidays at the Merriest Place on Earth, Vicki!
