Hello! Just wondering. One of the people in my party had an emergency and won’t be able to go to the park on the day I reserved. Is there any way I can change the name on the ticket and keep the reservation on the day?

Megan, I completely understand that things do come up. Since you are looking to change the name on one of your tickets, I recommend giving the Ticket Service line a call. A Cast Member there will be more than happy to help take care of this for you. Once the tickets have been reassigned, to the correct people, you should be all set and ready to go. I do recommend calling and taking care of this switch as soon as possible.
