Hi! I was wondering when I need to expect my Tickets and wrist bands in the mail?

    Hello Autumn,

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with an excellent question. I am excited to hear that you will be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort soon. If you have already customized your MagicBands in My Disney Experience, you should receive them about three weeks before your check-in date. If you have not customized your MagicBands, sign in to My Disney Experience and click on the “MagicBands and Cards” tab to start your order. You must confirm your shipping address before customizing your MagicBands. If your shipping address has not been confirmed, they will not ship to you and you will have to pick them up at your resort hotel when you arrive. You can choose one of eight solid colors and personalize it with your name as you would like it to appear on the inside of your band.

Your theme park admission tickets are digital and will already be linked to your MagicBands when they arrive. You can view the admission tickets assigned to everyone in your travel party by clicking on the “My Reservations and Tickets” tab. There is no need for a paper ticket or Admission Card when you customize your MagicBands. Remember, if you are traveling by air and plan to use Disney’s Magic Express Transportation, you must pack your MagicBands in your carry-on luggage. You will need them to check-in with a Cast Member at the welcome center and unlock the door to your Disney Resort Hotel room. If you have any more questions before you arrive, please come back and visit us again. Enjoy your trip.

    See ya real soon,
