I was wondering if it is necessary for the whole dining party to be present when we get seated for a meal? I will be traveling with a party of 8. If we are not all together when it is time to be seated will we have to wait for them to arrive? Thanks!!

Hi Scott, Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel!

When you check in at the podium, the Cast Member will ask you if your whole party is present. If not, they won't seat you. Instead, they will ask you to let them know when everyone has arrived. I always travel with at least 7people, and sometimes up to 18 in my group. I would stress to everyone that it is important that they all meet at the restaurant at least 15 minutes prior to your reservation time. This way, you will all be able to be seated on time.

Hope this helps and that you enjoy your vacation!
