Wondering about Mousekeeping services for our March ‘21 trip. Staying at Riviera and our only options were every other day or decline. What exactly will they do? Make the beds? New towels?

Bonjour, Kim and nous saluons le retour or welcome back to planDisney!

Kim, your question about Disney's Riviera Resort has me craving that European-inspired atmosphere where even sipping an early morning café au lait on your balcony feels like a luxurious retreat.

Kim, as enhanced health and safety measures are in place all around the Walt Disney World Resort, you are correct that as a guest staying on a cash reservation, (unless declined) you'll have a visit from housekeeping every other day.
    This service includes:
    - removal of trash and used towels
    - replenishment of towels and amenities throughout room and bathroom
    - wiping and cleaning of the vanity and counter surfaces
    - vacuuming, if needed

If you are a Disney Vacation Club Member and have booked this stay through your Membership, you'll receive this service on the 4th day of your stay.

Kim, I hope the helps provide a little more clarity as to what housekeeping will look like during your trip. Disney's Riviera Resort is truly a Magical property with so many perks to love. From access to the Disney Skyliner to amazing dining options like Topolino's Terrace- Flavors of the Riviera, Bar Riva, Primo Piatto and Le Petit Café (where you can grab that café au lait), I have a feeling you'll want to return even before check-out.

Best wishes, Kim for a vacation that is magnifique! I hope you'll come back and see us here at planDisney with any other questions you might have, but for now, I'll bid you adieu,
