Yes, the minimum age to sail aboard a
Disney Cruise Line ship is six months on the day of embarkation. This means that your tiny tot is allowed to cruise along with you even if one of the days is at sea. Transatlantic, Panama Canal, and Hawaii itineraries have a different age minimum; however, that does not seem to apply to the itinerary you mentioned.
