Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Katie!
I think that a
Character Dining experience is one of the most magical things you can do with your family when you're at Walt Disney World Resort. Your daughter is going to feel like royalty when she's invited to dine with the Disney Princesses!
Akershus Royal Banquet Hall in the Norway Pavilion at Epcot is a great choice if you want a meet a lot of them at the same time. When I've dined there in the past, I've had the chance to meet Belle, Princess Aurora, Ariel, Cinderella, and Snow White, so it'll be a day your little princess will never forget.
At the moment, there aren't any waffles on the menu at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall, and the last time I ate there I didn't see any either. There's no need to worry, though, because you can still have breakfast with the Disney Princesses with waffles included. There are waffles on the kids' menu at
Cinderella's Royal Table, and the
Bon Voyage Adventure Breakfast at
Trattoria al Forno serves character waffles with the opportunity to meet Rapunzel, Flynn Rider, Ariel, and Prince Eric! I identify 100% with your son, and I think that any day is best started with a big plate of Mickey waffles, so one of those restaurants might be a better choice for your family if the waffles are truly non-negotiable. Menus are always subject to change, so be sure to ask the Cast Member serving you if you have any questions.
I hope this answers your question, Katie, and let us know if we can do anything else to help you plan your magical vacation.
