Hi Ariel! Thanks for dropping by planDisney.
While you're bound to notice some Guests in the park, wearing their medals after participating in the new runDisney
Disneyland Halloween Half Marathon Weekend, your park day shouldn't be negatively impacted by the races. If you'd like a sense of how these events run without impacting a typical park day, you can check the
Daily Events Schedule for Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park for the upcoming sold-out Disneyland Half Marathon Weekend, which is taking place January 11 through January 14, 2024. Park hours are unaffected and there are shows and entertainment to enjoy. The only Attraction closures are on the Refurbishment calendar, and they are unrelated to the races.
You can stay tuned for more information about how this new runDisney event in September will unfold, but rest assured, there is so much to do and see during your visit even if you're not a runner: especially during one of the best seasons to visit,
Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort! From merchandise and food to decorations and entertainment, you'll be one with the happy haunts. One of my favorites of the season is the overlay on the Haunted Mansion in New Orleans Square at Disneyland Park, which transforms the iconic Attraction into the Haunted Mansion Holiday. It's a must-do for me!
The Daily Events Schedule is a great planning tool. As your visit draws closer, take a look at park hours and the event schedule, so you can build your magical day around the entertainment on your must-see list. Or follow
Disney Eats, the official food and beverage news source for the parks, to learn about all the spooky good treats you can try.
Have a magical day!
